- ½ cup roasted sweet potato
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp cardamom
- ¼ tsp ginger
- ½ cup ice
- 1 cup almond or coconut milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 scoop BSC Naturals Vegan Protein
Blend well to combine, drink immediately.
